STABLE of Ireland will always do its absolute best to minimise all shipping charges and any delivery issues for its customers.

We offer free shipping to USA, Canada, Europe, Ireland, and UK & NI, on all orders over €100. For Australasia & Pacific and the Rest of World we offer free shipping on all orders over €200.

For orders under €100 (apprx US$110) postage charges are as follows:

Ireland = €6 (Standard Post)
Average delivery time 3-4 business days.

UK/NI & EU = €10 (Tracked Post)
Average delivery time 4-8 business days.

USA & CANADA =  €10 & €12 (Tracked Post)
Average delivery time 5-8 business days.

Australasia & Pacific & Rest of World = €20 (Tracked Post)
Average delivery time 6-10 business days.

We also offer shipping by Express Worldwide Courier Service for all orders anywhere in the world. This usually takes 2-6 business days and is €30.


Notes:
• Due to the global pandemic, shipping and delivery services are disrupted and delayed and can be at least twice the average length of delivery times stated in the STABLE Shipping information here.
• Customers can track a delivery at any time by entering the tracking number sent to you by STABLE with your order.
• Delivery days stated here are week (work) days and do not include weekends, public holidays etc.
• Some STABLE products and collections qualify for custom shipping rates and vary on order sizes. For example, The STABLE Travel Mask. This is usually due to weight.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

All prices on our website, including shipping are not inclusive of any import fees you may be subject to. As all orders are shipped from Ireland (within the European Union), you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

Other countries outside of Europe may be subject to additional custom & import fees. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

Each of our accessories and products are made in Ireland by our wonderful team of local hand weavers and small producers. These truly talented people work with us closely from all corners of the island, to make our exclusive, limited edition collections which cannot be found anywhere else.

We hope you love what you have invested in with us at STABLE and we and our producers and makers appreciate your support of our local Irish craft and skills.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return and upon receipt of the package back to us with labels intact and product undamaged we will happily refund you. Hopefully you won’t find the need to!

If you're not, just return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll exchange or refund it to the original method of payment, but please remember you must notify us first for approval.

To be eligible to make a return, your item must be unworn & unwashed and be presented to us in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item found to be in poor condition would be returned to you.

We are unable to cancel, refund or exchange products which have been monogrammed, personalised or made to measure.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds would be possibly granted and are dependent on specific circumstances. These include where any item is not in its original condition as per above, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or fault.

The STABLE Face Mask: Due to the type of product and how it is worn, we are unable to accept returns under any condition after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. 

 

MAKING A RETURN

To make a return, contact us beforehand to confirm the return can be made with the original order number and customer details. Please include these along with a reference to our notification of approval after we have approved it and you are sending the returnable item.

Refunding process: Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 working days.

   

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged and have been approved for exchange by us beforehand. Or in circumstances where we agree that a purchased item can be reasonably expected to be exchanged for something more suitable (see also under GIFTS) we reserve the right to use our own discretion. Please do not send us an item for exchange without receiving prior approval. 

To make an exchange, we require you to register you want to make an exchange firstly so do contact us beforehand and confirm the exchange can be made, including the original order number and customer details. Also include these along with a reference to our notification of approval after we have approved it and you are sending the item for exchange. You can do this by contacting orders@stableofireland.com.

 

SHIPPING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

When returning or exchanging your product with our prior approval, you should mail your item(s) to us at: STABLE of Ireland, 2 Westbury Mall, Balfe St, Dublin 2, D02 NH29, Ireland.

Do not send any item without prior confirmation and approval from us for a refund or exchange, and make sure to include the original order number and customer details, and a reference to our notification of approval.

We will refund the value of the order but note that all shipping costs on returns or exchanges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a return or exchange item with a value over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

GIFTS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will consider an exchange. If the item was not marked as a gift and not shipped directly to you, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, an exchange is at our discretion (see above under EXCHANGES also).

To make a gift exchange, we require you to contact us beforehand to confirm the exchange can be made, please include the original order number and customer details if they are available to you. If approved, please include these with a reference to our notification of approval when shipping the item for exchange.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund notification from us, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank or payment provider, it may take some considerable time before a processed refund is officially posted to an account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@stableofireland.com and reference the original order number, customer details and our previous notification of your refund being processed.

REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ITEMS

Only regularly priced stock items may be refunded, unfortunately any item we sell which has been supplied as a special offer or on favourable terms cannot be refunded.

 

AT OUR DISCRETION

If any item returned or exchanged breaches or does not fairly match any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
