The Waterproof Swim Bag is a really useful addition to sea swimmers kit. Lined with a bright fun yellow waterproof fabric, it is idea for wet togs and bits and bobs post-swim. made with our new specially designed Irish heavyweight linen it has a handy tie string to keep wet things safely inside.
2020/21 saw Irish people take to the sea in their droves in a bid to exercise mind and body and beat off the covid blues. To mark this, we designed the STABLE swim collection. We wanted to add to the daily swim ritual and create accessories that would feel great, look great and be fit for purpose.
We developed a new Irish Linen fabric that does all we hoped for. We worked with Stephen at Emblem Weavers and created a heavyweight textured fabric that has all the properties needed; wonderful absorbency, is naturally anti-microbial, is soft on the skin yet gives a good exfoliation feel, is light to carry, fast drying. We have produced this fabric in 1 colour, a deep indigo blue with a blue-white reverse. With this fabric, we have created a collection of ready to use multi-functional Swim accessories. The hero being the Swim Towel, a waterproof Swim Bag, a Swim Hold All Tote and a Swim Turban to wrap wet hair away.
Linen's sustainability is great for the planet. It is biodegradable and an all-natural plant fibre from the Flax grass. Flax gives us healthy oils, flowers for the bees and is light on the soil. 100% Irish linen woven and made in Ireland.
30cm wide x 25 cm high. Cool wash, dry naturally and steam iron.
