Thank you so much to the Image team, PWC and esteemed judges for this incredible honour and acknowledgment of our business. 

This year we celebrate 10 years in retail and 12 years since we set out… some might say.. an over night success! Our original mission is still our guiding goal, to celebrate the texture of irish life through what we make, collaborating with artists, crafts people, weavers, knitters, producers and manufacturers accross the island north and south.

We focus on creating pieces and collections that represent the very best of what Ireland has to offer, that we are proud to share, own and gift. We use exceptional local textiles such as Irish Linen, Irish tweed and wool, designing multi purpose clothing and accessories that stand the test of time.

STABLE  has collaborated with so many wonderful people on our journey, delving into Irish art, vernacular life, traditional skills and historical cultural references with a view to rethink our Irishness from the inside out, to present a different offering, that excites us and that we are proud to share with our customers from near and far.

This award is deeply felt as it it not only an award for ourselves, but also for the 40 or so makers and longstanding friends we work with across Ireland and for our STABLE team; Joe, Alina and Anastasia, India, Lily, Gina, Polly, Carlo and Barry. None of this would be possible without the continued support from our incredible inspiring customers in store and online.

Finally, this award means more to us than we can say. We would like to dedicate this award to our dear friend, work colleague of 10 years and extraordinarily talented production manager Viviana who left us suddenly and way before her time this year. She was an integral part of our growth and success and our team and we miss her dearly.
