Baskets & Boards

Baskets & Boards is a small, practical collection of STABLE's kitchen and home accessories made from natural materials — willow baskets, wooden serving platters and boards, and a hand-turned wooden rolling pin. It's a departure from textiles, focused instead on traditional Irish basketry and woodwork for the kitchen and table.

The willow baskets, including the traditional sciob or skib basket, are handwoven using techniques with real history in Irish rural life, while the wooden boards and platters are simple, functional pieces designed for using every day.

If you're furnishing a kitchen with considered, natural-material pieces rather than mass-produced homeware, this collection is where to look — genuine Irish willow and wood, made to be handled daily.
