Handwoven Pressed Herringbone Tweed trimmed Blanket in Cornflower Blue

  • A rare and precious blanket! We have created a new type of blanket and it is being highly sought after as we don’t produce many at a time, due to the fact that it is made with very carefully handwoven materials.

We work with Tristan and his team at Studio Donegal, multi generational weavers, to make these exceptional quality blankets.

Why we designed these blankets this way was because we wanted a sleeker smoother blanket that would look the part in more contemporary settings. Hence no fringing or brushing of the fabric. Instead we trim the ends with a bainin wool tweed in cream.

These are beautiful to the touch, we use 100% wool, and they are generous in size, 2.5 metres x 1.5 metres. So they work equally well over the bed or sofa.
