SHIPPING CHARGES

Ireland & Northern Ireland: Shipping by Standard Post (3-4 business days) - €6.00 EUR

EU: Shipping by Tracked Post (3-5 business days) - €17.00 EUR

UK: Shipping by Tracked Post (3-5 business days) - €12.00 EUR

USA: Shipping by Tracked Post (5-8 business days) - €24.00 EUR

Aust & NZ & APAC: Shipping by Tracked Post (6-10 business days) - €34.00 EUR

Canada: Shipping by Tracked Post (5-8 business days) - €24.00 EUR

Rest of World: Shipping by Tracked Post (6-10 business days) - €34.00 EUR

 

Notes:

  • Customers can track a delivery at any time by entering the tracking number sent by STABLE with your order.
  • Delivery days stated here are week (work) days and do not include weekends, public holidays etc.
  • Some STABLE products and collections qualify for custom shipping rates and vary on order sizes.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

All prices on our website, including shipping are not inclusive of any import fees you may be subject to. As all orders are shipped from Ireland (within the European Union), you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

UK - All orders will be subject to custom duties. For more information. please check with the British Inland Revenue.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

Other countries outside of Europe may be subject to additional custom & import fees. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITH STABLE OF IRELAND

STABLE offers its customers an order return & exchange of items service.

To make your return or exchange go smoothly, avoid issues and save you unnecessary custom charges, it's simpler and important to follow our process.

Please do not return any item without firstly getting confirmation by email from STABLE that we are expecting it to be returned.

Details of Our STABLE of Ireland Product Returns Policy -

We provide an easy to use online returns form process for all orders made with STABLE. It is the quickest way to make your return and do it problem-free. 

We offer an attractive option on all returns where you can receive a gift card to the full value of your order. This gift card can be in digital form with a unique code and emailed to you or we can send out a credit card style gift card which can be gift wrapped in a presentation box.

STABLE is not responsible for any lost returns or liable for any duties, taxes or custom charges (usually avoidable - see below) incurred in returning items to us.

Postage and delivery charges on returns, refunds and exchanges are not the responsibility of STABLE unless the item has a quality issue or an error has been made with your order.

Note the following when making a return or exchange with STABLE:

  • We will always work hard to help our customers with the return or exchange of an item; our most attractive and easy to use return process is using  our online Product Returns form where the item is exchanged for something else or a refund is added to a STABLE gift card for you.
  • Please do not return any item you have ordered without it first being approved for return with STABLE.
  • STABLE Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Delivery and related charges on the original order are non-refundable.
  • Items which have been worn or used, washed, damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Items which were received more than 30 days ago do not qualify as a return.

 

How to return an item

  1. When placing an order you receive order and delivery confirmation emails, please use this information when filling out  the STABLE Product Returns form online here OR if you prefer  the Product Returns form is available for download as a pdf here.
  2. When filling out the form enter your original order number (you can find this located on your order and delivery confirmation emails), your name and at least two of the following: your address and postcode, contact phone number and email address.
  3. List the items that you would like to return and tell us the reason.
  4. Confirm if you would like to opt to receive a STABLE Gift Card to the full value of the returned item(s). 
  5. Choose delivery OR drop off to STABLE of Ireland in Dublin, Ireland.
  6. Await an email (and possibly an accompanying call) from the team at STABLE confirming the approval of your return and the returns label for you to use.

If you are sending items to STABLE, please make sure of the following:

  • You are happy to organise and pay for the international or national registered parcel OR courier delivery charges yourself, its important you choose a method to successfully return the item to STABLE in Dublin, Ireland
  • You will print and use the STABLE returns label and customs declaration form and attach these to your parcel
  • You will securely and safely parcel the item(s)

 

Exchanging an item

If you would like to exchange an item due to size, style or colour, for example, please note that STABLE produces limited edition items. So replacements are subject to stock availability and note that many items are not reproduced for later collections. You can receive a  STABLE Gift Card to the full value of your order in exchange for any item.

 

Avoidance of customs, duties, taxes or fees for you on a return

Should you wish to return an item and you are located outside the European Union (i.e. non-EU customers), it's important to follow our process as STABLE is not liable for any customs, duties or fees that may be imposed when the parcel is returning to us. To avoid these unnecessary fees & for your own protection, we strongly recommend that you use our returns label, make sure it clearly states it is a PRODUCT RETURN on your customs declaration and use a reputable registered/signed parcel or courier service as this will insure you for the full value of the goods.

 

Tracking your return

STABLE recommends using a tracked parcel or courier delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Please always keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence and have proof of the return if any dispute arises with the parcel/courier service.

 

Return delivery charges

As per common international practice in retailing, STABLE will only pay for any return delivery charges where we have made an error with an order or there is a quality problem with an item.

No access to a printed return label

If you are unable to print our official returns label, please email us at orders@stableofireland.com or call us on +353 1 675 3936 (international charges apply) and one of our team will be happy to print the label and post it to you.

 

Returned items conditional requirements

All items must be returned with its original STABLE garment label and/or tag intact and in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused, damaged or worn. STABLE reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. Normal wear is not considered a defect of an item. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with the quality of any items.
