STABLE offers its customers an order return & exchange of items service.

For orders made online - we offer a 30 days refund, exchange or credit, from the date of purchase.

For orders made in-store - we offer a 30 days exchange or store credit only, from the date of purchase. No refunds offered in-store.

To help make your return or exchange go smoothly, avoid issues and save you unnecessary custom charges, it's important to follow our process below. 

Please do NOT return any item without firstly getting confirmation by email approving your return request.

NOTE: Shipping and related costs are at the expense of the customer for all returns & exchanges sent unless otherwise agreed with STABLE.
